After the huge success of Apple’s latest Macbook Pro 16-inch in the International market, the laptop has now launched in the Nepali market too. While along with the Macbook Pro, the all-new Airpods Pro is also waiting on the line-up to be released in Nepal.
The new Apple 16-inch Macbook Pro is now available for pre-order in Nepal at Oliz Store Nepal with a starting price tag of Rs. 3,30,000/-
Apple Macbook Pro 16-inch Overview
The new Macbook Pro comes with a 16-inch screen adopting Retina display with 3072x1920 pixels resolution. The laptop’s screen brightness maxes out up to 500nits and it offers a full DCI-P3 color coverage. Well, this time Apple has also returned back the physical Escape key on the laptop while it has the same old Touch bar on the top. Apple has also claimed the newly redesigned keyboard on the Macbook to provide excellent typing experience.
Furthermore, moving onto the internals, the Macbook Pro is powered with the two different processors, meaning there is an option for choosing two different processors, either a 6-core 9th gen Intel processor or an 8-core CPU. Well, if you are eager to spend some extra bucks on it, then the 8-core chip can be the best choice. The 8-core chip can Turbo Boost up to 5GHz. Also, Apple has claimed its new CPU to be two times faster than the powerful quad-core 15” Macbook Pro CPU.
Similarly, Apple has also upgraded the GPU on the device while this time the Macbook Pro comes equipped with an improved GPU. The 16-inch Macbook Pro gets the AMD Radeon Pro 5300M and 5500M with 4GB of VRAM. However, you will also get an option for 8GB. And highlighting on the GPU performance, it has now become 80% faster on video editing while provides 60% faster gaming performance compared to the previously equipped GPU. Well, it seems that Apple has brought quite a lot of improvements in its new 16-inch beast.
More on, to control the immense heat flow on the laptop, Apple has also added new redesigned fans which is capable of 28% better cooling. The new system is capable of handling 12W higher TDP.
The base setup of the new Macbook Pro comes equipped with 16GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD. In Apple’s Official site, the MacBook Pro 16” comes with a starting price of $2399.
