Apple AirPods 3 brings a new design that blends aspects of AirPods and AirPods Pro. This one-size-fits-all type earbud is made of up hard plastic and is IPX4 rated sweat and water-resistant. Each bud here weighs just 4.28 grams, while the charging case weighs around 37.9 grams.

Performance and Features
AirPods 3 features AAC-ELD, a superior speech codec that offers full HD voice quality, providing clear, natural communication for FaceTime calls. It also includes Spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, technology that we saw previously on the AirPods Pro and AirPods Max. Sadly, the new-gen AirPods also don’t have support for Active Noise Cancellations (ANC).
The new AirPods also include a skin-detect sensor that is claimed to accurately detect if the earbuds are in the ear or elsewhere and pause playback when the buds are removed.
Furthermore, the AirPods 3 include a hands-free ‘Hey Siri' voice assistant feature and supports Dolby Atmos in Apple Music.

Apple claims that the AirPods 3 provide up to 30 hours of battery life with the charging case. The earbuds alone are claimed to provide up to 6 hours of playback and up to 4 hours of talk time on a single charge. Also, the case of AirPods 3 now supports MagSafe and Qi wireless charging and is claimed to provide around an hour of battery life in just five minutes of charging.
