Although Bajaj Chetak and TVS&nbsp; iQube aren&rsquo;t a popular name here in Nepal, these two electric scooters are the most celebrated ones in the Indian EV market. In fact, these two are the best-selling e-scooter in India. Hope, TVS Nepal, and Bajaj Nepal also plan on importing these e-scooters in Nepal soon.
Here&rsquo;s the sales figure of Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube in India in the last 5-6 months.

Discontinued back in 2005, the company decided to bring back its once so ever-popular Chetak scooter in an electric version with a key design based on the vintage version. However, it gets modern elements such as an LED headlight, as well as LED turn indicators.
The scooter was launched in the Indian market around a year ago.

The Chetak scooter is equipped with an IP67 rated Li-ion battery along with a built-in charger. The motor produces a power of 4kW while it arrives with two riding modes, Eco and Sport. Speaking of the driving range of the scooter, the Sport mode is estimated to provide a range of 85km while the Eco mode is expected to provide a 95km range.
Additionally, the electric scooter arrives with 12-inch alloy wheels on both sides and a disc brake on the front. Likewise, the Chetak scooter gets a full metal body.

<h2>TVS iQube Electric Scooter</h2>

The iQube Electric Scooter by TVS was on test in India since 2018 while the firm finally unveiled it after two years in 2020. TVS had also showcased the prototype of the iQube Electric Scooter at the 2019 Auto Expo in India.
Speaking of the features of the new TVS iQube, the electric scooter is powered by a 4.4Kw electric motor while it has a top speed of 78km/hr. The two-wheeler can take on a speed of 0-100km within an hour. More on, it provides a range of 75km on a single charge.

Similarly, TVS provides two riding mode options&mdash;Economy and Power mode in the iQube scooter. The rider can adjust its output and even optimize the range of the scooter as per their preference. The scooter takes around 5 hours to be charged fully.
