Popular German carmaker, Borgward has officially begun its partnership with DSM Global Company which will be acting as an official distributor for Borgward motors in Nepal. And as its debut offering, the firm will be launching its popular premium SUV, the Borgward BX5.
More on, Go Bremen Motors Malaysia is also announced as the official distributor and manufacturer for Borgward automobiles mostly around nations such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar and more.

In a statement, the company said, &ldquo;We, Go Bremen Motors Sdn. Bhd. is privileged and proud to be associated with DSM Global Company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Having two decades of experience on different multi-brands, DSM enjoys an excellent network of sales, service and spare parts facilities. We, therefore, are confident about the after-sales facilities. We appointed DSM Global Company as an authorized importer and distributor of Borgward Automobiles in Nepal.&rdquo;
<h2>Borgward BX5 Overview</h2>

The Borgward BX5 is a four-door, 5-seater SUV accompanies with a self-supporting and reinforced lightweight steel body. Adopting sporty aesthetics with an elegant design, the BX5 is everything you would love to acquire in a premium SUV.
The 5-seater compact SUV is available in two powertrain options: 1.4L and 2.0L. The 1.4L turbo engine integrated into the SUV delivers a power of 150bhp at 5500rpm along with a peak torque of 250Nm at 4500rpm. Likewise, the 2.0: turbo engine delivers a power of 224bhp at 5500rpm along with a peak torque of 300Nm at 4500rpm. Both the engines are mated with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Moreover, the SUV features an automatic halogen headlamp, LED taillights, keyless ignition, cruise control and more. Coming on to the interiors, it gets a 4.2-inch instrument cluster display and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. On the safety front, it comes with front and rear parking sensors, six airbags, vehicle stability control, ABS with EBD and brake assist, hill start assist and an electronic parking brake.

The new Borgward BX5 is available in five trims with two engine options which hold a starting price tag of RM 118,950 in the Malaysian market.
The new Borgward premium SUV has already been departed from the Malaysian plant while might soon arrive in Nepal. The pricing of the Borgward BX5 in Nepal has not been unveiled yet.&nbsp;
