SPG Automobiles, the sole distributor for Chery automobiles in Nepal has officially launched its flagship SUV- Chery Tiggo 8 Pro in the Nepali market.
The new Tiggo 8 Pro is a 7-seater SUV from the Chery brand. The SUV arrives with tons of modern features and powerful performance to every road obstacle.

Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Overview
Design
Like other 7-seaters, the Cherry 8 Pro also comes with a longer body stance. The SUV's design is based on the 'Peak Grille' concept. This one adopts a diamond-like front grille followed by LED headlamps and turn signals on both sides. The rear section also houses a set of LED tail lamps with integrated turn indicators. Cherry claims that the lightning efficiency of its LED headlight is about 2.7 times high than that of a traditional halogen light.
The SUV runs on 18-inch alloy wheels.
Interior
Standing on the line of a flagship SUV, the Tiggo 8 Pro's interior is designed very sophisticatedly. The premium cabin in the SUV features six-way adjustable driver's seats, 4-way adjustable rear passenger seats, headrests for all the passengers, faux-leather stitched upholstered seats, and so on.
Luxury features in the cockpit such as Sony audio system, latest Bluetooth Connectivity, wireless phone charging, Cruise control, intelligent voice command, automatic folding seats, heated seats, and multifunctional steering wheels are also included in the four-wheeler.
Moreover, for entertainment and other purposes, the dashboard houses a 12.5-inch instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment system. The 360-degree panoramic camera in the Tiggo 8 Pro also allows the riders to experience an overall view while riding the car.

Engine and Performance
Under the hood, the Tiggo 8 Pro houses a 1.6L TGDi Petrol engine that powers the entire car. This petrol unit is capable of churning out a horsepower of 197PS at 5000rpm alongside a peak torque of 290Nm at 4400rpm.
This unit is mated to a 7-speed gearbox transmission. In addition, the car has a total fuel capacity of 51 ltrs.
The suspension duties of the 7-seater are handled by a MacPherson Strut and Multilink suspension unit. More on, the top speed of Chery Tiggo 8 Pro is 180 km/hr while it features a Ground Clearance of 194 mm.
Safety Features
Chery offers a total of 6 airbags in the Tiggo 8 Pro. Additionally, the car also offers a variety of other advanced safety features. This includes Autonomous Emergency Braking/Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Detection, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, and so on.
