DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine Specifications
Camera
Both DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 features a customized L2D-20c aerial camera that houses a 4/3 CMOS sensor with a 24mm prime lens. It has a variable aperture of f/2.8 to f/11. The secondary camera has a 12MP sensor and a 162mm equivalent focal length (28x Hybrid Zoom).
The main camera supports 5.1K (5120 × 2700 pixels) video recording at up to 50fps, DCI 4K (4096 × 2160 pixels) at 120fps, regular 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) at up to 120fps, and 1080p at up to 200fps. However, the secondary camera only takes 4K videos at 30fps. These Hasselblad branded cameras also include Hasselblad Natural Color Solution, which promises incredibly natural colors straight out of its camera.
The more expensive Mavic 3 Cine is capable of filming Apple ProRes 422 HQ footage at 5.1K up to 50fps, which is one of the major differences between the two drones.

Features
DJI has improved the omnidirectional obstacle sensing on drones. The sensors are now capable of detecting objects 200 meters away. Both the drones also feature an updated OcuSync 3+, claimed to provide 15km of range and 1080p at 60fps live feed transmission to the users' smartphone or controller.
The in-house RTH (Return To Home) feature on the drone automatically directs the drone back to its starting point if it runs low on battery or loses connection to its controller. The ActiveTrack 5.0 which will come as an update in January, will give the drones the ability to fly in any direction while following a subject.
