Introduction 

Google Pixel 7 has arrived as the successor of the Pixel 6. The phone brings the new Tensor G2 chip, and it’s the first phone (along with its Pro sibling) to feature the latest Android 13 OS.

Google Pixel 7 features a 6.3-inch OLED panel (down from 6.4-inch) with an FHD+ resolution. This always-on display supports a 90Hz refresh rate, 1400 nits peak brightness, and full 24-bit depth for 16 million colors. Besides, the phone brings Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the front and back.

Performance 

The Pixel 7 series smartphones debut Google’s custom-developed 4nm Tensor G2 SoC that has two ARM Cortex-X1 cores, two A78 cores, and four A55 cores. The Mali-G710 here handles the graphics. In addition, the Tensor G2 also has a built-in Titan M2 chip for security. 

Powering the Pixel 7 is a 4355mAh battery (down from 4614mAh). It supports fast charging with a Google 30W USB-C charger (sold separately) and Qi-certified fast wireless charging. Moreover, Google claims beyond 24-hour battery life with the Pixel 7. 

Other Features 

For optics, the Pixel 7 has a dual-camera setup on the back. It consists of a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS and a 12-megapixel ultrawide with 114-degree FOV. Besides, you get a 10.8MP fixed-focus camera for selfies and video calls.
