Hero has recently launched a new Ola S1 killer model- the new Vida V1 in the Indian market. The electric two-wheeler brand has launched this new scooter with exciting features and prices.
The major highlight of the electric scooter happens to be its different charging options, i.e. Fast Charging, Removable battery, and regular portable charging.
The new Hero Vida is launched in two different variants- V1 Plus and V1 Pro.

Hero Vida V1 Overview

As per the design, the scooter arrives with a futuristic look with an LED lighting system. The front fascia features a small smoked visor accompanied by LED turn indicators.
It sports a split-seat setup with a sturdy-looking grab rail on the rear.
Battery and Range
Powering the machine is a 3.94kWh lithium battery with a range of 165km (V1 Pro). Similarly, the other variant V1 Plus boasts a 3.44kWh unit with a top range of 142km.
The Vida V1 is connected to a 3900 W motor.
The top speed of both variants rests at 80km/hr. As per acceleration, the Pro variant can attain a speed of 0-40 km/hr in 3.2 seconds while the latter takes 3.4 seconds.
In addition, the scooter requires around 5-6 hours to fully charge.
Braking and Suspension
For suspension, the Vida V1 is equipped with telescopic front forks alongside a single mono-shock rear unit at the back.
Similarly, the braking duties are handled by a disc brake up front alongside a drum unit at the rear.
Other Features
Other cool features in the new Vida V1 include LED illumination, a 7-inch TFT touchscreen, riding modes (ride, eco, sport, and custom), cruise control, keyless control, smartphone connectivity, OTA, reverse mode, geo-fencing and so on.
The electric scooter runs on alloy wheels while this one holds a max storage space of 26 liters.

Price and Availability
Coming on to the pricing of the Hero Vida V1. The scooter is available at a starting price tag of INR 1.45 lakhs for the base model. Similarly, the top variant of the Vida V1 will cost you INR 1.59 lakhs.
Moreover, the new Vida V1 rivals the likes of the Ather 450X Gen 3, Revolt RV 400, Bajaj Chetak, and the Ola S1 electric scooter.
