Honda is all set to launch a facelift model of its entry-level sedan-- Amaze, manufactured in India. As per reports, the new 2021 Amaze will be unveiled on August 17, and now adopts a number of modifications.
In the case of the exterior, only minor modifications have been made. The headlamps and front grille have been redesigned, while the dashboard and seats have been borrowed from its predecessor. For the first time, Honda is adding a sunroof feature to the Amaze and modifying the infotainment system.
However, Honda hasn’t made any modifications to the powertrain of the four-wheeler. It will continue to be available in two engine options: 1.2L Petrol and 1.5L diesel engine with the same power-torque performance.
1.2L petrol engine: 90bhp power; 110Nm torque
1.5L diesel engine: 100bhp power; 200Nm torque
New Honda Amaze in Nepal
Honda’s popular sedan Amaze is already available in the Nepali market. It arrived with the starting price of 35 lakhs while goes up to 48 lakhs for the top variant.
The new facelifted version of the Amaze is also expected to arrive in Nepal as soon as the Indian debut.
