Japanese auto giant, Honda in a joint collaboration with the American auto giant, General Motors are soon planning on manufacturing two new electric vehicles. These two new EVs will be sold under the Honda brand name in the US and Canada while it might go on sale by 2024.
More on, the upcoming EVs will be designed by Honda in the exterior and interiors while it will ride on GM&rsquo;s flexible electric vehicle architecture. And as per the firm, Honda is also planning on making GM&rsquo;s hands-free advanced driver-assist technology available in the upcoming EVs.

More on, the EVs&rsquo; manufacturing process will be held at General Motors&rsquo; plant-based in North America. Rick Schostek, the executive vice-president of American Honda Motor Co, said &ldquo;his collaboration will put together the strength of both companies, while combined scale and manufacturing efficiencies will ultimately provide greater value to customers. This expanded partnership will unlock economies of scale to accelerate our electrification roadmap and advance our industry-leading efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.&rdquo;
