The Ioniq 5 built on Hyundai’s new Electric Global Modular Platform [E-GMP], is one of Hyundai’s 45 concept cars unveiled in 2019. The perfect edge styling and design cues infused in the car make it an ideal premium electric vehicle.
The Ioniq 5, which has a completely different interior layout than the combustion engine, does not have a center hump, which is why the car adopts a spacious cabin. Ionic 5 has a lounge-like cabin. It gets electrically adjustable seats with large boot space.
According to Hyundai, recycled plastic and eco-friendly materials have been used in the making of its interior. Moreover, it adopts a massive 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting both Android Auto as well as Apple CarPlay features.
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 comes with two battery options: 58kWh and 72.6 kWh. The powerful motor infused in the is capable of churning out a horsepower of 301bhp alongside 605 Nm of peak torque.
It can attain a speed of 100km/hr within just 5.2 seconds while the car’s top speed can reach up to 118km/hr.
