The iPhone 14 Pro Max features a much better A16 Bionic chip compared to the A15 Bionic on the iPhone 14 Plus. First, it uses the TSMC’s N4 node, which is an improved version of the N5 node that powers the A15 Bionic. Second, the A16 packs 16 billion transistors, which is a billion more transistors than the A15 Bionic (15 billion transistors).
