Lenovo has launched a new tablet called XiaoXin Pad Pro 12.6 in China. The slate comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 870 processor, and a 45-watt fast charging capability. Design and Display

Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Pro comes with a 12.6-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The display here supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. It has certification for TÜV Rheinland EyeSafe Display 2.0 and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

In terms of design, the tablet has a metal body with a dual-tone finish and a pill-shaped camera module at the back. The tablet is super thin measuring just 5.63mm and it weighs 565 grams.

Performance and Camera

Running on Android 11, the slate is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Users can also expand the storage as the device features a MicroSD card slot.

For optics, the dual-camera setup of the XiaoXin Pad Pro has a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel ultrawide. Upfront is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Battery and Others

Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Pro 12.6 packs a 10200mAh battery with support for 45-watt fast charging. Sadly, the tablet only ships with a 30-watt charger inside the box.

The XiaoXin tablet features a fingerprint reader embedded on the power button for biometrics. There are four JBL branded speakers that support Dolby Atmos for audio. Lastly, the connectivity options on the device include WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type-C port.

Lenovo XiaoXin Pad Pro 12.6 price in China is CNY 4,299 for the sole 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The slate is already up for pre-order in China while the first sales start on November 10. If the tablet launches here in Nepal, we expect the price to be around Rs.85,000.
