Mahindra in India has officially introduced the Scorpio Classic. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic, which will be available with the new Scorpio-N, is simply a reconditioned version of the previous generation Scorpio. The ex-showroom pricing of the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio Classic is INR 11.99 lakh.
Design
Mahindra has not changed significantly. The steering wheel is now leatherette, while the dashboard and center console have wood accents. On the other hand, a 9-inch touchscreen system with phone mirroring is available.
The Scorpio Classic's interior comes with a black and beige theme rather than the previous model. The redesigned six-slat grille on the Scorpio Classic's front draws attention to the new twin-peak Mahindra emblem in the center.
In addition, the front bumper has been modified, although the side profile and body claddings are still the same. The Scorpio Classic receives new LED taillights for the back, and a distinctive bumper finishes the look.
Three different seating arrangements are available for the SUV:
- A seven-seater car with benches in the third row and captain's seats in the middle row.
- A seven-person vehicle that has captain's chairs in the front row and benches in the back row.
- A seven-seater with a bench in the back row and two other seats in the third row..
Performance
The second-generation mHawk engine, which powers the Scorpio Classic, is 14% more fuel-efficient and 55 kg lighter than the engines in earlier models. The Scorpio Classic's 2.2-liter diesel engine generates 130 horsepower and 300Nm of torque. The machine is only available with a six-speed manual transmission.

The Scorpio Classic comes in two models: S and S 11, with prices ranging from INR 11.99 lakh to INR 15.49 lakh The Mahindra Scorpio Classic is available in five colors: Red Rage, Black, Pearl White, Silver, and a brand-new Galaxy Grey.
