Mediatek has recently unveiled its widely acclaimed chip, the Helio G70 which is considered best for entry-level gaming phones and mid-rangers. The chip is built on the same 12nm process as the G90 while houses two Cortex-A75 at 2GHz, plus six A55 cores.
When compared to the Helio G90 and G90T, the new Helio G70 provides a little cut-down performance as the chip is primarily designed targeting the affordable market. Well, being a mid-range chipset, what can we expect from the new Helio G70, let&rsquo;s talk about that.

First of all, the chipset can support cameras up to 48MP and FHD+ display. However, the sad part is, it won&rsquo;t have 5G support which we could only find in Mediatek&rsquo;s dedicated 5G chipsets. The clock speed is also limited to 2.0GHz with the smaller Cortex-A55 cores slightly underclocked at 1.7GHz rather than the 2.0GHz clock found on the Helio G90T.
More on, the chip also features MediaTek&rsquo;s HyperEngine Technology which is dedicated to enhancing the gaming performance.
