Paramount Motors, the sole distributor of MG vehicles in Nepal is soon launching the much-awaited Astor SUV in Nepal.
The official launch date and price of the SUV are still not disclosed by the company.

MG Astor Overview
The SUV is available in 9 different variants and two engine options. The Astor SUV comes with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine unit alongside a 1.3L turbo petrol engine.
The company has brought 7 different variants in Astor's natural engine and two variants in the turbo engine.
Style is an entry-level variant of Astor. The company has brought it only in the manual gearbox and has made Super, Sharp, and Smart variants available in manual and CVT gearbox. In the turbo engine, both smart and sharp variants are automatic.
MG has brought the Astor SUV to compete with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Nissan Kicks, Skoda Kushaq, and Volkswagen Taigun in the compact SUV segment in India.
Adopting modern AI technology, the Astor has advanced features such as adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot assistance, lane keep and departure assist.
With the help of Bluetooth-based car technology used in the car, this car can be locked/unlocked from the mobile without a key and even be started. Also, mobile networks are not required to use the connected car function.
The Astor's Cabin uses soft material and equips a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
Its exterior texture is also made very attractive with a uniquely designed grille having 6 corners, a large MG logo in the middle, and a front camera just below. Further down the grille is a radar for autonomous braking.
Moreover, there are projector headlamps on both sides and LED DRL on the top and fog lamps on the bottom bumper. The car gets a 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheel. To unlock the boot, one can press the MG logo on the back.
