Microsoft has announced a new 2 in 1 laptop called the Surface Laptop Studio. The device brings an 11th Gen Intel processor, a 120Hz display, and a new Dynamic Woven Hinge. Here, we will go through the specifications, features, availability, and price of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio.

Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio Overview 

Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio features a 14.4-inch PixelSense Flow display with support for Dolby Vision and a 120Hz refresh rate. Microsoft has added a new Dynamic Woven Hinge, which allows users to use the laptop in three different modes - laptop, stage (pulls display forward, hiding the keyboard), and studio (tablet mode).

Moving on to the performance, the Surface Studio gives options for two Intel 11th Gen processors - Core i5-11300H and Core i7-11370H. The base bi5 model comes with integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics, while the i7 model features Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti graphics with 4GB GDDR6 video memory. The laptop offers up to 32GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 2TB of removable SSD.

Powering the laptop is a 58 watt-hours battery. It is claimed to provide up to 19 hours of battery life on the i5 model and up to 18 hours on the i7 model. Connectivity options on the Surface Laptop Studio include WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, two USB 4.0 with Thunderbolt 4 support, one Surface Connect port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
