And Nissan makes another history with the production of more than 50,000 units of Magnite in its plant in Chennai, India.
The new Nissan Magnite was first launched back in December 2020 while there is no looking back for the carmaker since then. It was also the first product from Nissan Family to launch under Nissan’s NEXT transformation plan.
Nissan’s new milestone...
A total of 50,000 units of Nissan Magnite were manufactured in its official Chennai-based plant. The Nissan Magnite is currently sold in South Africa, Indonesia, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Uganda, Kenya, Seychelles, Mozambique, Zambia, Mauritius, Tanzania, and Malawi, and its hometown India.
The Magnite SUV is well-known amongst car enthusiasts for its top-notch design and performance most importantly at a budget range.

Nissan Magnite in Nepal
The Japanese carmaker has worked its best in the aggressive design of the SUV. This one gets sleek LED headlights residing in the signature Nissan grille while the front bumper holds the L-shaped LED DRLs and fog lamps. Other notable features of the SUV include integrated roof rails, roof spoiler, 16-inch alloy wheels, split tail lights, side cladding, and more.
Engine and Performance
Nissan Magnite is available in two engine options: a 1.0L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine and an HRA Turbo Petrol Engine.
The 1.0L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine churns a power of 71bhp alongside a peak torque of 96Nm. The vehicle’s engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox transmission. Likewise, the HRA Turbo Petrol Engine delivers a power of 99bhp alongside a peak torque of 160Nm. This one has two gearbox options—Manual, and CVT Automatic.
Interior
The Magnite SUV is fully designed with black interiors with a silver offset that mostly resides around the AC vents, steering, and door pads. The SUV gets an 8-inch full touchscreen infotainment system that supports both Android Auto as well as Apple CarPlay. Likewise, you will be getting a 7-inch TFT display for the instrument console.

Other notable features of the SUV include rear AC vents, push-button stop/start, ambient lighting, tyre pressure monitoring system, flat-bottom steering, cruise control, JBL sound system, puddle lamp, Eco driving mode, and so on.

Safety Features
The Magnite SUV gets dual airbags on the front, reverse parking sensors, ABS, EBD, speed alert system, hill start assist, traction control, and reverse parking camera that has a 360-degree view.
