Nvidia Corporation, or simply Nvidia, is an American global technology firm headquartered in Santa Clara, California. It is a software and fabless firm that creates graphics processing units (GPUs), application programming interfaces (APIs) for data science and high-performance computing, and system on a chip (SoC) units for the mobile computing and automotive markets.
Nvidia is the world's leading manufacturer of artificial intelligence hardware and software. Its professional GPU range is employed in workstations for applications in architecture, engineering, and construction, media and entertainment, automotive, scientific research, and manufacturing design.

GPU
Let’s learn a little about GPU. Basically, GPU is an abbreviation for the graphics processing unit. GPUs are also sometimes referred to as graphics cards or video cards. A GPU is used in every PC to render images, video, and 2D or 3D animations for display. A GPU handles speedy math operations, freeing up the CPU for other tasks.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti
(World’s Fastest Graphics Gard)
Nvidia has finally launched its flagship GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics card. Packed with super-speed specs, the RTX 3090 Ti is claimed to be the world’s fastest graphics card, gaming up to 60% faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and 55% faster than the TITAN RTX. So, let’s go through the specs, features, availability, and official price of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti.
Nvidia RTX 3080
Overview
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti features 10,752 CUDA cores (10496 on RTX 3090) and boasts 78 RT-TFLOPs, 40 Shader-TFLOPs, and 320 Tensor-TFLOPs of power. And It's packed with 24GB of the fastest 21Gbps GDDR6X memory (an increase from 19.5 Gbps). The amount of VRAM remains the same as the RTX 3090 but the faster memory clock results in a total memory bandwidth of 1008GB/s.
The base clock on the RTX 3090 Ti is 1.67GHz (up from 1.40GHz), while the boost clock is 1.86GHz (up from 1.70GHz). According to NVIDIA, the RTX 3090 Ti on average is 9% faster than the RTX 3090, 60% faster than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, and 55% faster than the TITAN RTX.
Nvidia RTX 3080(12 GB)
Overview
The new RTX 3080 model features 8960 CUDA cores, a 3% bump over the old 10GB model. The upgrade in the memory translates into 20% more bandwidth in GPU, thanks to a wider 384-bit memory bus. The required system power on the 12GB model is still 750W, but it draws an extra 30 watts of power compared to the original RTX 3080.
Other than that, the RTX 3080 is still based on Samsung's 8nm custom process node designed specifically for NVIDIA and features a total of 28 Billion transistors. It also features the next-generation RT (Ray-Tracing) cores, Tensor cores, and brand new SM or streaming multi-processor units.
Nvidia RTX 3050
Overview
The GeForce RTX 3050 is built with the NVIDIA Ampere architecture. It offers dedicated 2nd gen RT Cores and 3rd gen Tensor Cores, new streaming multiprocessors, and high-speed G6 memory.
The 2nd gen RT Cores provide maximum ray tracing performance, while the AI-specialized Tensor Cores bring a performance boost with NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling). Nvidia claims that the RTX 3050 can run the latest games at over 60 frames in a 1440p resolution with ray-tracing enabled.
The RTX 3050 also features advanced streaming capabilities thanks to the NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC), Which according to the company is “engineered to deliver show-stopping performance and image quality.”
Nvidia also noted that 75% of customers are still using the company’s old GTX GPUs, and adding a cheaper RTX 3050 should make a compelling upgrade for many.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050
Overview
The RTX 2050 is based on Ampere GA107 architecture rather than the Turing architecture of other RTX 20-series cards. The Ampere architecture brings both tensor core and ray-tracing (RT) core.
Nvidia RTX 2050 has 2,048 CUDA cores and the boosted clock speed is capped at 1,477MHz. The power consumption of the GPU ranges between 30 and 45W. In terms of the memory configuration, the GeForce RTX 2050 has 4GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 14 Gbps. It has a 64-bit memory interface and can deliver a maximum memory bandwidth of up to 112 Gbps.
We can say that the card is a toned-down version of the RTX 3050 that has the same 2,048 CUDA cores and 4GB of GDDR6 memory but offers a higher 128-bit memory bus and a 1,740MHz boosted clock speed.
Nvidia RTX 3060
Overview
The RTX 3060 is the graphics card you want for high-end 1080p gaming, and it can even handle 1440p. ABS has wisely designed its game around that card, hitting all of the main spec boxes in the process. The CPU is outdated, but it's still fairly strong and, more importantly, it won't slow down the GPU.
The GeForce RT 3060 Ti and RTX 3060 provide you the power of Ampere—2nd NVIDIA's generation RTX architecture—to take on the latest games. Improved Ray Tracing Cores and Tensor Cores, new streaming multiprocessors, and high-speed G6 memory deliver exceptional performance. Nvidia Geforce 3060 graphics card tops the list.
