Steps:

Download your selected software
Download the Overclocking Driver or software for the PS5 controller.
Then use a USB-C cable to connect the PS5 controller to any PC.
Extract the downloaded zip files.
Open the "Driver" folder from the list of extracted files.
Setup the file and then allow all the changes seen in the dialogue bar
After this, a new tab appears. Then go to the top left, and search for 'Devices.'
Click on the devices drop-down and click "All."
Change the default into "1000" on the right of "Filter on Device." Check 'Filter on Device.'
Click on Install Service.
Unplug your controller and then plug it in again.
It's ready to go.

Note: With the Rate column at 1000, the controller's latency can be as low as 1ms.
