Like Realme C21, the C20 also comes with a  6.5 inches HD+ IPS panel that has 400 nits brightness and an 80.8% screen-to-body ratio. The phone has a plastic body, weighs 190 grams, and measures 8.9mm thick. Under the hood is the same MediaTek Helio G35 processor paired with 2GB of LPDDR4X RAM. You get 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.

Realme C20 has a single 8-megapixel camera at the back along with an LED flash. Upfront is a 5MP sensor for selfies and video calls. It is fueled by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 10-watt charging and also reverse charging. It runs on Realme UI based on Android 10.
