Samsung has finally unveiled the successor of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 with lots of improvements. The all-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the company’s latest flagship foldable with Snapdragon 888 processor, an under-display camera, and IPX8-rated water resistance.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 price in Nepal is Rs.1,69,999 for the base 256GB model while the 512GB model costs Rs.1,79,999.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 Overview
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features two Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, both maxing out at a 120 Hz refresh rate. The outer display is 6.2 inches with a resolution of 2268 x 832 pixels, whereas the inner display is 7.6 inches with 2208 x 1768 pixels and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Both the display are protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass Victus.
The device has an Armor Aluminum frame and weighs 217 grams. It is the first-ever foldable smartphone to receive an IPX8 water resistance certification.

Moving on to the processor, the Z Fold 3 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. It is paired with 12G of LPDDR5 RAM and brings the option for either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Samsung has polished the multitasking on the Z Fold 3. The UI has been improved, so it's easier to divide the screen between multiple apps and interact with them. Further, the device operates Android 11 with One UI 3.1 on top.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a triple camera setup on the back. The setup sees a 12MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide with 123-degree FOV, and a 12MP telephoto lens with OIS. The main highlight here is the selfie camera, the Z Fold 3 features Samsung’s first under-display camera of 4MP on the inner display. The outer display gets a 10MP selfie camera on a traditional punch hole cutout.

Powering the device is a 4400mAh battery and supports 25-watt fast charging, 11-watt fast wireless charging, and 4.5-watt reverse wireless charging. It also supports an S-pen specifically designed for the fold but lacks a slot for the S Pen, so you have to get a special case that has one. Furthermore, it has a stereo speaker with Dolby Atmos and the wireless connectivity of WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
