Vivo has launched a new budget smartphone called the Vivo Y21T. The device brings a Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 5000mAh battery, and a 50MP primary camera. Here, we will go through the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of the Vivo Y21T in Nepal.

Vivo Y21T Overview

Display

Vivo Y21T features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution of 2480 x 1080 pixels. The display here supports a 90Hz refresh rate and has an 89% screen-to-body ratio. 

A slightly different version of the smartphone with a 6.51-inch HD+ display and a 60Hz refresh rate is available in the Indonesian market.

Performance

Running on the Android 11 based Funtouch OS 12, the Y21T is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. There's also an extended RAM feature, which adds an extra 1GB of virtual RAM to the smartphone. 

The Indonesian version of the smartphone features up to 6GB of RAM and offers 2GB of virtual RAM.

Camera

For optics, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera. It is then paired with two 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors. Upfront is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. 

Camera features like Night Mode, Portrait, Pano, Live Photo, Slow Motion, Time-Lapse, Pro, and Documents are also available on the device.
