Xiaomi has been providing quality services and sales in the Nepali market for several years. Therefore, to make these services run more smoothly and quickly, Xiaomi Nepal has recently inaugurated their new service center at the heart of Kathmandu, Newroad. The premium service center by Xiaomi has been opened at the 5th floor of the Tamrakar Complex, which may not be a new name for most of the mobile and gadgets enthusiasts.
Saurav Kothari (Xiaomi Nepal Head), Mintesh Kumar (Xiaomi&rsquo;s South Asia service Head), Sanjay Agarwal (Teletalk Director), Gaurav Sharada (Vatsal enterprises director) and other Xiaomi officials were the part of the inauguration event. In this opening ceremony, Saurav Kothari had also claimed that Xiaomi Nepal will soon open other 4 authorized service centers soon.

Opening a global level authorized service center is in fact a great step by the firm. Undoubtedly, the new service center will be able to provide more quality and systematic services than in the past. And to be noted, the new authorized service center will not only provide repair services to the phones which are under warranty but it will provide services to the other after-sales devices too. However, a certain amount of charges will be applied to fix or repair the after-sales devices depending on the type of issue. Also, other devices by Xiaomi, except the smartphones are also repaired in this new service center.
Well, this is a very good piece of news for Xiaomi customers as they will now certainly be able to enjoy quality services as well as they won&rsquo;t have to take a hassle of not getting genuine parts during replacement.
