As per sources, Yamaha is all set to launch its two newly launched bikes- Yamaha FZ-X and R15M in Nepal by first quarter of 2022. MAW Enterprises, the sole distributor for Yamaha bikes and scooters in Nepal has given the information.
These motorcycles and scooters will take some time to become available here as Yamaha will debut its models here only after a few months of testing in the international market.
Yamaha FZ-X 150
The new Yamaha FZ-Z adopts a teardrop-shaped black fuel tank alongside a unique circular headlamp and aluminum brackets on both sides.
More on, the motorcycle gets full LED taillights with conventional turn signal lights. Falling under the FZ-series, the FZ-X seems to inherit some design elements from there.
Powering the Yamaha FZ-X adventure will be a 149cc, air-cooled SOHC engine delivering a power of 12bhp at 7250rom along with 13.3Nm of peak torque at 5500rpm. The bike’s engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox transmission. It borrows its suspension setup and braking from its sibling, the Yamaha FZ series. This one will also adopt a single-channel ABS system.
