Introduction
Zontes, a popular China-based bike maker, has recently paved its way toward Nepal with an adventure-touring bike – Zontes ZT 155 U1. The authorized distributor of the Zontes motorcycle in Nepal, Iron Monk Nepal, is currently offering two different variants of this bike in the Nepalese market.

Design and Looks
The Zontes ZT 155 U1 comes with a superbike-inspired design and boasts aggressive styling. It gets a sharp finish with side cuts and edges. Additionally, the bike comes in four different color options – Red, Blue, Orange, and Green.
The bike comes equipped with extended mudguards, wide handlebars, hand and crash guards, a steel cradle frame, and a low windscreen. The LED headlights, taillight, and DRLs provide superb visibility at all time. Likewise, the motorbike flexes an adjustable split seat layout for carrying loads.
On the outside, the bike measures 2005 mm in length, 865 mm in width, and 1120 mm in height and weighs around 128 Kg. Similarly, the motorbike has a ground clearance of 215 mm, a wheelbase of 1370 mm, and a seat height of 800 mm. The machine comes equipped with a zinc-coated muscular petrol fuel tank that can hold 12.1 liters of fuel.
Engine and Performance
Zontes ZT 155 U1 is powered by a 155 cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, SOHC, EFI engine. In terms of output, it has 19.03 PS of maximum power at 9250 rpm and 16 Nm of maximum torque at 7500 rpm. Likewise, the bike gets a six-speed gearbox with a race-inspired assist and slipper clutch.
As per various reports, the Zontes ZT 155 U1 can reach a maximum speed of 120 Km/h and offers a mileage of 45 Km/L. To prevent collisions, this bike incorporates dual disc brakes alongside a dual-channel ABS braking system.
Moving on, suspension duties of the Zontes ZT 155 U1 are handled by Upside Down front forks in conjunction with a centrally mounted rear suspension. This suspension setup ensures stability over long rides while offering excellent control and comfort to riders.
