And finally a great piece of news for Maruti Suzuki fans as the carmaker’s popular hatchback- Baleno is coming up with a new feature. The long-awaited 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno is arriving with Heads Up Display or HUD. The latest teaser image of the hatchback has also confirmed this fact.
New Feature in 2022 Maruti Baleno
In the new model, a new set of other significant updates in terms of styling, making, interior features is expected. The new Baleno facelift will be based on the company's HEARTECT platform. Moreover, the new Baleno is also speculated to be safer and stronger with good quality steel used in the making.
The latest teaser confirms the arrival of the Heads Up Display. However, this display will not be customizable as on other premium cars. But who cares when a premium feature attractive to eyes is equipped to an entry-level hatchback.

Changes in Engine?
The engine options in the new Baleno facelift are likely to remain the same. It will continue to be offered in two engine options- a 1.2L VVT naturally aspirated and a 1.2 L Dualjet. The former churns out a horsepower and torque of 82bhp and 113 Nm respectively while the latter produces 89bhp power and 113Nm of torque.
Moreover, the hatchback is also expected to come with a newly designed interior, a big touchscreen infotainment system compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Interestingly, the hatchback will also offer a wireless charging system, connected car technology, projector headlamps with LED DRLs and so on.
The new Maruti Suzuki Baleno is already available for pre-booking in India while the hatchback will officially launch in the Indian market within the end of this month.
