Introduction
After a long wait, Honda has finally unveiled the all-new Honda WR-V 2023, which will first go on sale in the Indonesian market.
The all-new WR-V arrives in Indonesia in three different variants – WR-V E CVT, WR-V RS CVT, and WR-V RS CVT Sensing. Additionally, it is available in six different color options.

Exterior and Interior
Strong styling and compact-SUV like design are seen on the all-new Honda WR-V 2023. The overall design and styling look fresh and don’t resemble that of the previous generation Honda WR-V. Likewise, the new WR-V also lacks a sunroof.
On the exterior, the SUV gets a dual-tone paint treatment. While the front profile features an elegant angular wraparound LED headlamp, sporty alloy wheels, a new grille design, and a unique front bumper, the rear profile features a horizontally positioned set of tail-lamps, chunky bumper, and license plate enclosure.
Moving on, the interior of this vehicle looks familiar to that of the Honda Amaze. It gets similar steering wheels, an all-black theme with leather upholstery, and a 7-inch touchscreen. However, the new WR-V arrives with features like automatic AC, remote engine start, Auto wiper, Walk-Away Auto Lock, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
Engine and Performance
Powering a Honda WR-V 2023 is a 1.5L i-VTEC, 4-valve, 4-cylinder, DOHC engine that is capable of generating a maximum torque of 145 Nm alongside a maximum output of 121 PS. It is available in 5-speed manual and CVT gearbox options.
Dimensions
The all-new Honda WR-V 2023 dimensions are 4060 mm in length, 1608 mm in height, and 1780 mm in width, which makes it longer, taller, and wider than its predecessors. Boot space is also marginally bigger, with a capacity of 380 liters. Likewise, it has a 2485 mm wheelbase and ground clearance of 220 mm.
Safety Features
Talking about safety, the SUV gets an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) with Honda Sensing technology, which includes a LaneWatch system, auto-high beam, road departure and lead car departure notification system, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency brake system.
