Apple iPhone 12 mini launched in Nepal | Price and Specifications

After launching the new Apple flagships (iPhone 12 series) a couple of months ago, Apple has finally launched the lowest variant in series, the iPhone 12 mini in the Nepali market. And like usual iPhone prices, the new Apple phone also carries a hefty price tag for Nepal.

Without any further delay, let’s dig into the specifications of the device.

iPhone 12 mini Overview

First on, the iPhone 12 mini flaunts a 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. This one supports a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels. Additionally, the screen also supports fingerprint resistance, max brightness up to 1200 nits, and Haptic Touch too.

Like the other models in its lineup, the iPhone 12 mini is also powered by the latest Hexa-core A14 Bionic chipset which is undoubtedly a powerful chipset. It is also the world’s first chipset to be built under a 5nm process node. Coming on to the RAM and storage options, the device boasts 4GB of RAM while it has three options for internal storage: 64/128/256GB.

In terms of camera, the device packs a dual-camera setup at the back which comprises a 12MP (f/1.6) lens accompanied by a 12MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide sensor. The system supports 2x optical zoom out, Digital zoom up to 5X, Portrait mode with advanced bokeh and Depth Control. Likewise, on the front, you will get a 12MP (f//2.2) selfie shooter that captures perfect selfies.

Framed with rugged aerospace-grade aluminum, the iPhone 12 mini is also rated IP68 that can protect the device up to a maximum depth of 6m up to 30 minutes.

Coming onto the powerhouse of the device, i.e. its battery, the smartphone packs a 2227mAh non-removable battery that also arrives with a 20W fast charging. And not to forget, you still have to buy a charger outside, as Apple has cut-out the free charger in its new flagships.
