Mahindra will launch its first-ever electric SUV XUV400 EV in three variants. As per reports, this SUV’s price will be announced after two months and will be available in WES, EP, and EL variants. The features available in it will vary according to the variant.
Its price is estimated to be around INR 18 to 20 lakhs.
Mahindra XUV400 EV Overview
Mahindra has powered the SUV with a 39.4 kWh battery pack in this electric SUV. Its maximum power is expected to be 150 bhp and its torque is 310 Nm. This new SUV can be charged from zero to 80 percent in 50 minutes using a 50 kW DC charger.
It has a total of three types of driving modes- Fun, Fast and Fearless.
It is estimated that the top variant of the XUV 400 EV will boast a 7-inch touchscreen with Mahindra's Adreno X software.
Similarly, other features of the SUV include a single-panel sunroof, connected car technology, 6 airbags and disc brakes on all wheels, and so on.

Mahindra has built this EV based on the XUV300. After the official launch in the Indian market, this new SUV will also be available in the Nepali market. It is seen to compete strongly with Tata's Nexon EV.
