OnePlus Nord 2 5G Overview
OnePlus Nord 2 5G comes with a 6.43 inches Fluid AMOLED display that supports a 90Hz fast refresh rate. With a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it has support for HDR10+. The back panel of the device is made of glass, giving it a premium look and feel. It weighs 189 grams and is 8.3mm thick. Both the front and back panels of the smartphone are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Nord 2 5G is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset, a custom chipset made in collaboration with MediaTek. This custom 5G chipset can be paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. For the operating system, the device has OxygenOS 11.3 on top of Android 11, making it the first OnePlus phone to ship with OxygenOS-ColorOS merged codebase.

Moving n to the camera, the device has a triple camera setup at the back and a single punch-hole cutout on the top left of the display for a selfie camera. It features a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor with optical image stabilization and Digital Overlap HDR (DOL-HDR). The rear camera setup is completed by an 8MP ultrawide with 119-degree FOV and a 2MP macro sensor. Upfront is a 32MP Sony IMX615 lens for selfies. The Nord 2 5G is capable of taking 4K videos at 30 frames per second.
Powering the device is a 4500mAh battery that supports 65-watt fast charging. OnePlus claims that the smartphone can go from 0 to 100% in just 30 minutes. The fingerprint scanner here is an under-display optical sensor. Furthermore, it has the wireless connectivity of dual-band WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2.
