Poco has officially launched the Poco X4 Pro 5G for the global market. It is the successor of the Poco X3 Pro from last year and brings a lot of upgrades in terms of both design and specs. So, let’s go through the specs, features, availability, and expected price of the Poco X4 Pro 5G in Nepal.

Design and Display

Poco X4 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It supports a 120Hz fast refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The display here has a peak brightness of 1200 nits and supports the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Poco X4 Pro comes in three different color options - Poco Yellow, Laser Black, and Laser Blue. It measures 8.3mm in thickness, weighs 204 grams, and has a 2.5D glass back.

Performance

Running on MIUI 13 for Poco, the Pro packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. Users can expand the storage up to 1TB using a MicroSD card.

For cooling, the smartphone features a large LiquidCool copper pipe and multiple layers of graphite sheets for rapid heat dissipation and sustained cooling, allowing the device to run at high performance for longer.

Camera

For optics, the X4 Pro has a triple camera setup at the back headlined by a 108-megapixel camera. It’s quite an upgrade from the 48MP sensor on last year’s model. There’s also this 9-in-1 pixel binning technology, with pixels as small as 2.1μm after binning, better-suited for low light shooting.

Moving on, the main camera here is backed by an 8MP ultrawide with 118-degree FoV and a 2MP macro camera. Furthermore, You get a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Battery and Others

Poco X4 Pro packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. According to Poco, the 67W turbocharger can fully charge the 5000mAh cell in 41 minutes.

Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, there's both facial recognition and a fingerprint scanner for biometrics.
