Vivo has officially teased its upcoming Vivo X80 series smartphone. The Chinese tech company has posted a teaser video and poster of one of its upcoming X80 series smartphones, which reveals the optics and rear panel design.
The Vivo X80 series is heavily rumored to have three smartphones - Vivo X80, Vivo X80 Pro, and Vivo X80 Pro+. And according to the official teaser shared by Vivo, at least one of the smartphones (most probably the Vivo X80+) will feature a quad-camera setup at the rear co-engineered with Zeiss. Both the teasers showcase the orange color variant of the smartphone. Design-wise, there’s a circular camera island inside of the rectangular platform, which the company calls a ceramic cloud window. Three out of the four cameras are inside the circular cutout, while the fourth lens is placed on the bottom left corner of the rectangular island. Furthermore, the writings on the teaser poster hint at a 1/1.3" sensor for the main camera and an f/3.4 aperture periscope telephoto lens.

Vivo has not provided any other information about the Vivo X80 series. But if we are to take the rumors and leaks seriously, then the X80 series will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, and at least one of the models in the series will feature the Dimensity 9000 SoC.
The launch event for the Vivo X80 series will take place on April 25 in China. We are likely to get more teasers of the Vivo X80 series as it nears the launch date.
