Sony unveiled Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III two of their latest flagship smartphones. Xperia 1 III is the ultimate flagship of Sony whereas the Xperia 5 III brings some flagship features at a relatively low price. Today in this post we will be looking at the expected Xperia 1 III and Xperia 5 III price in Nepal along with their specifications and features.
So, let’s get started with the more premium smartphone among the two.
Sony Xperia 1 III Overview
Starting with the design of the Xperia 1 III the device follows the same boxy design as its predecessor and has bezels on the display. The device from Sony has a 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED CinemaWide display and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. With an aspect ratio of 21:9, the device also supports 240Hz motion blur reduction and 240Hz touch sampling rate. You get a Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the display whereas the glass back has the protection of Gorilla Glass 6.
Going on to the processor on the device the Xperia 1 III is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 888 which you can pair with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. The device operates on Android 11.
The camera of the Xperia 1 III is where Sony has focused more. The triple camera setup on the device holds a 12MP primary Exmor RS sensor with an f/1.7 lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and another 12MP ultrawide f/2.2, 124-degree FOV sensor. The camera system of Xperia 1 III supports Zeiss optics. You also get an 8MP f/2.0 lens for the selfie camera. Sony Xperia 5 III Overview
The Sony Xperia 5 III follows the same design as the Xperia 1 III. you get a 6.1-inch full-HD+ HDR OLED CinemaWide display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. With an aspect ratio of 21:9, the display also supports a 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. The Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection is available in both the front and back of the Xperia 5 III.
The same flagship Snapdragon 888 is the processor of Xperia 5 III and you can pair the processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The device operates on Android 11. For the camera, you get the same triple camera setup with the same specifications and camera features.
Sony Xperia 5 III is also powered by a 4,500mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging.
