The largest Indian automobile company TATA has successfully been able to deliver an immense number of quality and cost-effective vehicles its customers for decades.

After a quite great bounce of the model TATA Nano in the automobile market over the past years, TATA has now announced to end the sales of this vehicle, from April 2020 due to poor sales. Having quite efficient features at a very cost-effective range, TATA Nano had been able to allure a lofty number of customers over the past years.

TATA states that upgrading the new safety rules in the vehicle would be very costly, therefore the company has planned to end the production of NANO in 2019. Also, the company had released its new iteration, the Gen X Nano released a few years back, which included updated features such as new headlights, updated bumpers, automated manual transmission (AMT) etc.

Now with the company’s plan of discontinuation of NANO models, now TATA has planned on working with ALFA and OMEGA which are quite popular modular platforms.

According to the latest sales reports, it implies, TATA had only been able to sell 3 units on the Nano model in the year 2018 with no exports. Well, let’s see if their working on the new car models can beat the market or not.
