Oppo has launched a flagship smartphone under the Find X series. The all-new Oppo Find X5 Pro is among the first Oppo phones to feature the in-house MariSilicon X NPU imaging chip. Design and Display
Oppo Find X5 Pro features a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution of 3216 × 1440 pixels. The display here supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and has 1300 nits of peak brightness. Similarly, it’s a 10-bit display with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and offers 8192 brightness levels so it can find the perfect brightness in any ambient conditions.
The smartphone has a ceramic back panel and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It is offered in two color options - Ceramic White and Glaze Black. The device has a thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 218 grams.

Performance
The FInd X5 Pro is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It comes in a single 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB USF 3.1 onboard storage option. On the software side, the smartphone boots on the Android 12 based ColorOS 12.1 out of the box. The OS brings a new Multi-Screen Connect feature, which allows users to switch between phone and Windows PC.

Camera
For optics, the triple camera setup of the Find X5 Pro features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor with 5-axis optical image stabilization system. It is then followed by a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens with 112° FoV and a 13MP telephoto sensor with 2x optical magnification and 5x hybrid zoom. Upfront is a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor with RGBW sub-pixels for selfies and video calls.
The major upgrade in the camera system comes with the in-house MariSilicon X NPU imaging chip. It is a 6nm chip that combines an advanced NPU, ISP, and multi-tier memory architecture in one chip. The camera system also comes with the Hasselblad Natural Color Calibration feature, which relies on the new 13-channel color sensor.

Oppo Find X5 Pro packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging (SuperVOOC) and 50W fast wireless charging (AirVOOC). The device features a Battery Health Engine that helps the battery withstand up to 1600 charge cycles before it starts degrading by 20%.
