Hyundai Creta
The Hyundai Creta continues to become the best-selling mid-size SUV in India, with a total of 15,037 units sold last month. This represents a strong month-over-month growth of 47.34% compared to the previous month's sales of 10,205 units. The strong growth of Creta’s sales in the first month of 2023 saw it surpass the 15,000 unit mark.
The price of the Hyundai Creta ranges from INR 10.84 Lakh to INR 19.13 Lakh in India.

Kia Seltos
In January 2023, the Kia Seltos became the second best-selling mid-size SUV in the country, and the only other mid-size SUV after Hyundai Creta to surpass the 10,000 unit monthly sales mark. The company saw a significant increase in sales, going from 5,995 units sold in December last year to 10,470 units sold in January 2023, resulting in a growth rate of 74.64%.
The price of the Kia Seltos ranges from INR 10.69 Lakh to INR 19.15 Lakh in India.

Mahindra Scorpio
According to the January sales report, the Mahindra Scorpio is the third best-selling mid-size SUV in India. The company saw a growth in sales, selling 8,715 units of the Scorpio (Scorpio-N and Classic combined) last month compared to the 7,003 units sold the previous month, resulting in a month-over-month growth of 16.9%.
The price of the Mahindra Scorpio ranges from INR 12.64 Lakh to INR 16.14 Lakh in India.

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara showed a strong month-over-month growth of 40.34% in sales, narrowly missing out on the top 3 spots by less than 100 units. Last month, the Indian car manufacturer sold 8,662 units of the Grand Vitara, compared to the 6,171 units sold in the previous month.
The price of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara ranges from INR 10.45 Lakh to INR 19.65 Lakh in India.

Toyota Hyryder
Despite less than 5,000 unit sales and experiencing a month-over-month decrease of 0.16%, the Toyota Hyryder managed to take the fifth position on the list of the best-selling mid-size SUVs in India. In January 2023, Toyota sold 4,194 units of the Hyryder, down from the 4,201 units sold in December 2022.
The price of the Toyota Hyryder ranges from INR 10.48 Lakh to INR 19.49 Lakh in India.

Besides this, other cars such as Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, and MG Astor also performed well in the mid-size SUV segment last month.
