Interior and Exterior
Both the MG Hector and Mahindra XUV700 are stylish and modern mid-size SUVs, but there are some notable differences in their design.
The MG Hector has a sleek and contemporary design, featuring a large chrome grille, sharp LED headlamps, and sporty alloy wheels. It has a slightly boxy shape, with defined lines and edges, and a prominent shoulder line that runs from the front to the rear.
On the other hand, the Mahindra XUV700 has a bold and muscular design, with a prominent front grille that merges into the LED headlamps. It has a more curvaceous shape, with sculpted body lines and flared wheel arches that give it a sporty look. The XUV700 also features distinctive LED tail lamps that stretch across the rear.
In the interior, the MG Hector has a more understated design, with a simple dashboard layout, a large touchscreen infotainment system, and comfortable seats.
The Mahindra XUV700, on the other hand, has a more futuristic design, with a large digital instrument cluster, a massive touchscreen infotainment system, and an ambient lighting system that can be customized to different colors.

However, MG Hector, which is only offered with a 5-seating configuration, provides the XUV700 the advantage of having a 5-seat and 7-seat configuration. Moreover, Mahindra XUV700 has more ground clearance as well.
